Fidelis developed a custom Microsoft application to centrally manage customer provided usage information for I-Vent, including:

  • Automated internet download of customer inventory pulls by part
  • Integrated order point reporting and the capture of subsequent I-Vent part purchases
  • Tracking and reporting of customer inventory usage to drive invoicing
  • The capture of gross margin by part to calculate sales commission
