SV Customer Win: Production Dashboard

Eveready Products, proudly located in Cleveland, Ohio, is expanding its use of SV software to drive internal improvements
around plant floor communication, document management, and regulatory reporting.

“I (expletive) hated our prior canned ERP software.” says Jason Danford, President and Owner. “To get extensions or
specialized reporting out of it was simply a ‘no go’. After waiting on tech support for weeks just to get basic questions
answered, I said ‘I am done’. I knew the canned stuff would never grow with our company.”

Eveready implemented SV in 2017 and has not looked back. Danford himself conceived the Production Dashboard that is a
fixture of the SV software today. From that single window, production priorities, paperwork, instructions, results, and
inventory consumption are managed across all of Eveready’s departments. “You would think I could get a discount from
introducing this window.”, Danford jokes.

“The Production Dashboard keeps all activity in front of the entire company.”, says Nate Dudzik, Production Manager. “And so
easy to use. That window, along with very intuitive MRP functions, are game changers for us.”

As a player in the aerosol industry, Eveready’s regulatory reporting requirements are intense. SV was extended in its data
elements and reporting to support this reporting with no manual intervention. Says Danford, “We can now easily deliver
compliance reporting to our customers and regulators that before took days.”
