Allred Metal Stamping in High Point, North Carolina has gone next level in communication using Steel Viking’s QuickDash feature throughout its production facility.

“We use QuickDash to deliver real time dashboards to TV monitors in each plant department. And we are expanding this rapidly, with simple updates and pushes.” says Wes Varney, Allred IT Manager.

Allred had a head start in that it uses Steel Viking ERP Software for its entire operation, including scheduling, plant floor production, process inspections, and die maintenance. Management wanted this data kept in front of employees, providing clear, immediate, and objective expectations and results.

We design the dashboard in a simple reporting tool and push it, as long as the data is in our ERP. Honestly, the hardest part was installing the monitors throughout the plant.”
