  • Interface with CRM of choice bi-directionally, including Hubspot and SalesForce.com.
  • Manage and share contacts centrally across the company.
  • Track opportunities through the sales lifecycle – call reports to leads to quotes to purchase orders.

Progress

  • Carry opportunities forward to SV quotes.
  • Interface to email platform of choice, maintaining centralized record of prospect and customer outreach.
  • Take advantage of SV alert features, triggering, assigning, and managing customer follow up activity.

Deliver

  • Enable customer, order, invoice, and commission date to sales reps.
  • Report on Pipeline, Quote Activity by Rep, Win Ratios, etc.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and partners on progress and delivery.
